Quinoa Yogurt Parfait

- 3/4 cups quinoa, cooked
- 2 cups Greek yogurt, plain, 2%
- 1 cups mixed berries blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
- 1 Tbs maple syrup
- Cook quinoa according to package directions.
- Place quinoa at the bottom of 4 glasses or bowls.
- Top with yogurt, berries and maple syrup.
