Jennifer Hodges, RD

Jennifer has been a dietitian for over 20 years and is passionate about helping clients establish lifestyle changes for the long-term for greater happiness. She meets clients where they are in their journey and helps them reach their goals through sustainable action.

Focused on Balanced Meals

Jennifer is focused on assisting clients with meal planning and organizing, with a special interest in helping busy moms (because she is one too!) Jennifer believes that all foods can fit, and she works with clients to help them craft meals with foods they love. When it comes to creating meals, much of the overwhelm comes from the preparation involved — so Jennifer teaches clients how to streamline preparation for balanced meals and how to incorporate joy into the cooking process.
