LEAP and MRT Testing

How Our Food Sensitivity Testing Works
If you decide that food sensitivity testing is right for you, you’ll meet with Lisa Johnson, our certified LEAP Therapist. Lisa has advanced clinical training in food sensitivities and food intolerance. She will assess your symptoms and guide you through the food sensitivity testing process if it seems likely food sensitivity is at the root of your symptoms. Here’s how the process works:
- Meet with LEAP Therapist Lisa Johnson to determine if food sensitivity testing is a good option for you.
- Complete blood work at a local lab near you.
- Attend a follow-up appointment with Lisa to discuss results, develop meals and plan menus, learn grocery shopping strategies, and discover options for eating out.
I found out that wheat, corn and pumpkin were not my friend! And, most of my diet consisted of wheat and corn!
