Food Sensitivity Testing
Find Out What Foods Trigger an Immune Response, Leading to Health Problems
If you’re suffering from a chronic health problem, certain foods could be the cause. When you consume a food or chemical compound you’re sensitive to, your body experiences an inflammatory reaction that can trigger health problems. Identifying your food sensitivities and building your meal plans around the foods that you’re not sensitive to may completely eliminate inflammation-based health issues within a matter of weeks.
Answers to Common LEAP Questions
Certified LEAP Therapist Lisa Johnson answers common questions about food sensitivity testing.

Health Problems Often Caused by Sensitivities
A surprising array of health conditions can be triggered by food sensitivities. If you experience any of the following, you may be able to dramatically reduce or completely eliminate your condition by identifying problem foods and avoiding them.
- Migraines and other headaches
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
- Heartburn/GERD
- Fibromyalgia
- Arthritis
- Joint and Muscle Pain
- Fatigue
- Autism
- Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)
- Inflammation
- High Blood Pressure
- High Cholesterol

LEAP and MRT Testing
Food sensitivities are different from food allergies, making them difficult to identify. And because of how the inflammatory process occurs, traditional allergy tests won’t pick up sensitivities. For this reason, we recommend the LEAP (Lifestyle Eating And Performance) protocol, based on the MRT (Mediator Release Test) blood test by Oxford Biomedical Technologies. This protocol has a wealth of clinical research behind it and has been proven to work for countless individuals, including our own clients.
