Strawberry Pie

Strawberry Pie 

Graham cracker crust pie shell 

6 oz cream cheese 

½ cup sugar 

1 container of strawberries (1 lb) 

1 cup water 

½ cup sugar 

6 Tbsp cornstarch 

  •  Wash and dry strawberries. 
  • Beat cream cheese with ½ cup sugar and spread in the bottom of the pie shell.   
  • Slice strawberries and fill the crust.   
  • Combine water, ½ cup sugar and cornstarch.  Heat until thick (make sure to stir while cooking).  Let mixture cool. 
  • Poor cooled mixture on top of sliced strawberries.  Let it stand in refrigerator or freezer (don’t leave in there too long) to allow mixture to sit. 

 

Serve chilled and enjoy!
