Strawberry Pie
Graham cracker crust pie shell
6 oz cream cheese
½ cup sugar
1 container of strawberries (1 lb)
1 cup water
½ cup sugar
6 Tbsp cornstarch
- Wash and dry strawberries.
- Beat cream cheese with ½ cup sugar and spread in the bottom of the pie shell.
- Slice strawberries and fill the crust.
- Combine water, ½ cup sugar and cornstarch. Heat until thick (make sure to stir while cooking). Let mixture cool.
- Poor cooled mixture on top of sliced strawberries. Let it stand in refrigerator or freezer (don’t leave in there too long) to allow mixture to sit.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
