Simple Strawberry Banana Ice Cream
- 10-12 ounces frozen strawberries
- 2 cups water
- 1/3-1/2 cup agave nectar or honey
- 10-12 ounces frozen bananas, cut into ¼-inch slices
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
Place strawberries, agave or honey and water into high powered blender and blend until smooth. Add to an ice cream maker and process according to instructions. Then add banana and heavy cream to your high powered blender and pulse on medium-low. Remove the lid and break up the mixture as needed to blend until smooth. Add the banana mixture to the ice cream maker and process to desired consistency. Serve.
