Ingredients
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 cups fresh carrot juice (1/4 frozen cooked carrots)
