Ginger Turmeric and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 cups fresh carrot juice (1/4 frozen cooked carrots)
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth consistency.
Notes
Add more almond milk or water for a thinner consistancy if preferred.
