Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Apple Pie Overnight Oats 

½ cup oats 

¼ cup Greek yogurt 

1/3 cup almond milk 

¼ tsp vanilla 

1 tsp cinnamon 

1 tsp maple syrup 

½ apple chopped 

Toppings: chopped pecans 

 Stir together oats, yogurt, and milk.  Add vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup and stir again.  Top with chopped apple and pecans if desired.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Next morning, stir together and enjoy!
