Stone Ground Mustard Potato Salad with Bacon – Debbie Owen

I was sent this recipe by a chef in Woodstock, NY. It is the best potato salad I have ever had.  

The recipe makes a lot, so you may want to cut all ingredients in half. 



5 lbs of cooked new potatoes, cubed 

3 cups of mayonnaise 

1 1/2 cups of whole grain mustard  

3 stalks of celery, chopped 

1 small red onion, chopped 

1 lb of cooked bacon, chopped 

chopped fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste 


Combine all together. Serve hot or refrigerate and serve cold.
