Simple Shredded Chicken
This chicken is great for busy families. Simple to prepare, cooks by itself all day in your crockpot. You can use to make quesadillas, chicken salad, bowls, lunch wraps, throw into your pasta dish, freeze and so many other uses.
3 pounds boneless chicken breasts
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Any other spices you may prefer such as Italian seasoning, oregano, chili powder, etc. I prefer to keep the ingredients simple so that it is more versatile in different dishes.
Place in your slow cooker for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Remove chicken and shred at end of cook time. Enjoy!
