Ingredients
1 bottle of Primal Kitchen ranch dressing
1 box of Tri colored rotini pasta
1 container of feta
1 small can of sliced black olives, drained
1 small head of broccoli, chopped small
1 small shallot, diced
1 small cucumber, peeled and cut into quarters
1 small yellow, red or orange (for color) bell pepper, thinly sliced and then diced
5 stalks of celery, cut in half length wise and then thinly sliced
1 container of cherry or grape tomatoes, cut into quarters
Black pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Onion powder, to taste
Dried Parsley, to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta to al dente package directions. Drain. Place in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients (above) to bowl with pasta. Mix to combine and refrigerate until ready to serve.
