Cook chicken sausage according to package directions.
While sausage cooks, heat 1tbsp of olive oil in pan and then add red and green bell peppers (can add onions too if you prefer), cook for 8 – 10 minutes on medium heat. You can alter cook time for your desired tenderness.
Toast naan bread.
Place naan, chicken sausage and peppers in bowl. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Enjoy!
