Quick Chicken Sausage and Pepper Bowl


  • Cook chicken sausage according to package directions. 
  • While sausage cooks, heat 1tbsp of olive oil in pan and then add red and green bell peppers (can add onions too if you prefer), cook for 8 – 10 minutes on medium heat. You can alter cook time for your desired tenderness. 
  • Toast naan bread. 
  • Place naan, chicken sausage and peppers in bowl. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Enjoy!
