Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups oats, gluten-free if necessary old fashioned preferred
- 3 Tbs chia seeds
- 1 Tbs maple syrup
- 2/3 cup peanut butter

- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Scoop with teaspoon-size spoonfuls onto a piece of parchment paper placed in a container.
