Rainbow Fruit Salad

Apples
Cantaloupe
Blueberries
Raspberries
Kiwi
Pineapple
Peaches
Grapes
Strawberries
Small amount of orange juice

Slice apples and cut them into small pieces. Toss apples in small amount of orange juice and then drain orange juice out of the bowl. Cut up the other fruits into small pieces and add to the bowl. Toss and serve.

Peanut Butter Energy Bites

1 cup oatmeal
½ cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup flaxseed

Mix all the ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Refrigerate mixture for 20-30 minutes or until chilled. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and roll into small bite-size balls. Keep balls in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
