Berry Cheesecake Popsicles



Berry Cheesecake Popsicles 

Makes 10 popsicles: 


2 cups frozen mixed berries 

Zest of 2 lemons 

Honey or stevia to taste 

2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 

2 8oz blocks cream cheese 

2 tsp pure vanilla extract 


In a food processor, pure berries, lemon zest and sweetener to taste. Transfer to a separate container. 

Wash the processor and then blend remaining ingredients. Add sweetener to taste. 

Transfer cream cheese mixture to a bowl and fold in the berry mixture. Pour into popsicle molds, place popsicle stems, and freeze 6 hours or more.
